A 25.90-metre Don Brooke steel ketch — restored from the keel up, sailing the Mediterranean and the Caribbean.

Chardonnay was built in 1982 to a Don Brooke design for one of the world's most discerning private owners — a 25.90-metre steel ketch where cost was never the constraint, only quality. She has since passed through a chapter of remarkable owners: a senior figure connected to Paramount Pictures who sailed her on the California coast in celebrated company; the President of the New York Yacht Club; and a Danish navy admiral who brought her to Europe. Between 2023 and 2026 she was rebuilt from the keel up — stripped to bare steel, scanned, re-engineered and re-certified for unrestricted ocean charter. She sails the Mediterranean from May through October and crosses the Atlantic to winter in the Caribbean from November through April. A week aboard is unhurried by design: six guests, three professional crew, a chef-led galley, and an itinerary shaped entirely around your party.
